Community Action Movement (Part One)

Two of our most recent projects engaging our students and neighbors brought gifts to those in need and art into our school-wide community. Our approach continues to develop the educational goals of our students while serving our community. The Gift of Giving enhanced our students everyday functional life skills as sorting, folding, organizing, and donating were taught. The Gift of Art, thanks to Ms. Claire Ballantyne, students developed fine motor skills while decorating our school with handmade colorful art and beautiful creative flowers.
